Kay McGuire – MIPAV

Kay has run Galway Property Services for over 25 years and is fully A,B,C, & D licenced. Kays core values of Loyalty, Integrity, Originality and Commitment are reflected in the every day business of the company. Having returned to college in 2014 she was awarded Student of the Year from DIT and attained a Distinction in a Higher Certificate in Property Studies. She currently presents CPD modules on Property Management for IPAV and has recently been appointed as a lecturer on the IPAV Diploma Course in TU Dublin.
Kay is completely committed to both her team and her clients and will always be in their corner.

Director

Cyril Murtagh

Cyril has been a Director of Galway Property Services for the past 10 years. Having originally worked in the construction industry he successfully set up and ran his own business for over 30 years in the Exhibition and Event industry. Cyril can usually be found in one of our OMC’s looking after some of the day to day issues or assisting with any repairs or maintenance.
